Estimate Pricing: Prices are subject to the weight of the Hog and items requested.
Estimate: $1.20 per lb per dressed weight for basic processing.
Whole hog=$1.50 lb
1/2 Hog=$1.75 lb
Included standard cuts, smoked items, and ground.
Prices are based on standard processing and changes by weight of Hog and cuts selected.

How Much Do I Get?
Pork
Meat from a typical half hog (from 250-270 lb. live animal) consists of approximately:
- 12 - 14 lb. of Pork Chops
- 2 Packages of Spare Ribs (1.5 lb.)
- 3 Shoulder Roasts (4 lb.)
- 2 Smocked Hocks (0.75 lb.)
- 6 - 10 lb. Ground Pork and/or Ground Sausage
- 8 - 10 lb. Bacon
- 1 Ham (15 - 18 lb. This can be cut smaller)
- Also available: Variety meats (if desired) such as heart, liver, tongue, and fat/lard
A Few Things to Follow
Instructions
- Please make sure to bring a list of names and numbers of who is getting the hog (1/2 or whole hog)
- Please only call in once the hog has been butchered and we have a lot/tag and weight.
- We need the hog-cutting card within three days of the butcher!
- We do not age hogs, they are white meat so we need to cut them within a week of a butcher. If cutting instructions are not provided at the time of processing we will cut them standard.
- We ask you to pick up your hog within 7 days of being notified that it’s ready for pick-up and invoiced.
- We do charge storage $1 per day or $30 per month. - Sorry, we just do not have the space to store your meat.
- Hogs take 2-3 weeks turn around time due to curing and smoke cycles.
