Very pleased with the processing they did on my hogs and beef. I was surprised how much meat I got off the stock I brought in, which were small. This tells me they take their time and do a good job trimming and cutting. I’ve taken bigger animals to other lockers and walked away with much less.
I was amazed at the top Quality meats and the traditional South African Biltong and Dried sausages that I bought there today. The cheese & jalapeno Bratwurst was the best I have ever had. The owners & staff very friendly and helpful, all round I had a very good experience and will definitely be back to buy my meat supplies at Clarion Locker in the future. Products fresh & reasonably priced.
Got a whole hog done here. Took no time to Set up my order and it was exactly how I wanted it. Qualify Is amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever had a hog processed this well and we have had several done at different lockers over the years.
Clarion Locker is the only one we will use! They are amazing to work with and everything always tastes amazing!
Love the selection. Always willing to find you a farmer to get you the best quality beef or pig. Do a great job of packaging the meat the way you like it. Whether packages of 2 or 4 etc.
